Nepcon is privately owned by Shimon Cohen and Yehuda Sameach.
They both studied together in the "Boyer" boarding school for gifted students, and served together in the army. They later went on to partnering in the establishment of "Zivoudarom", known today as Nepcon Manufacturing Technologies Ltd.

Shimon Cohen - Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Shimon Cohen has been associated with the high-tech manufacturing industry for more then 25 years. Shimon brings with him extensive managerial and professional experience after holding a variety of managerial positions including production manager of "Carmel Forging", and head of the optical manufacturing factory at ElOp – Electro Optical. Shimon is also the BOD Chairman at each of the Nepcon subsidiaries. He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from the Techniyon in Haifa, and a BA in Business Management from the Tel Aviv University. |

Yehuda Sameach - Co-Founder, Director, Manager of the Manufacturing Technologies Division
Yehuda worked as an air assimilation technician for vehicles. In 1979, Yehuda established his first electronic equipment company, "Zivoudron". In 1989 he dissolved the company and together with Shimon Cohen formed "Zivoudarom". Yehuda brings with him many years of technical and managerial experience and today serves as a special technical advisor and head of the manufacturing technologies division |

Arie Shuster - Director of Finance & Economics
Arie Shuster has been serving as the group's finance & economics manager for the past six years. Arie brings with him extensive experience in financial management, serving as a C.F.O for several industrial companies, and as managing director of a consulting company.
