Company profile

Kimron specializes in procurement, manufacturing and assembly of electronic

cards and other e-products, implementing profound knowledge and vast experience

acquired during 15 years of activity. The company provides full TURN KEY

solutions, from engineering, through procurement and production, to the transportation

to customer.

Kimron was established in 1994, evolving and growing since then through the

years. The company’s located in the Industrial area of Petach Tikva ( Israel ),

employing a highly experienced staff of over 60 engineers and technicians most    

prominent in their field.

Kimron keeps strict standards of quality assurance and operates according to the ISO 9001-2000 standard of the Standards Institution of Israel. IPC 610A CLASS 2, CLASS 3 is the examination standard and acceptance of the civilian and military products, correspondingly.

1. Full engineering support from prototype manufacturing to serial production.
2. 6 SMT assembly lines for mass productions: separate lines, each one capable of placing over 10000 components an hour in various configurations.
3. Final inspection department including ICT, designated tests and AOI machines.
4. Manual assembly lines and Wave soldering machines, providing LEADEDSOLDERING manufacturing solutions in compliance with RoHS regulations.
5. ERP system, providing impeccable logistic management including procurement, engineering, import of components and transportation tocustomer.
6. Working departments, manufacturing in accordance with the military standard, including special gluing, circuit cleanness and electrical tests of the cleanness level.
