1) Mechanical Packaging Design - Preliminary design; computerized 3D modeling; static and dynamic calculation and simulation; parts and assembly drawings and  BOM ' s in accordance to customer standards and requirements.

2) Thermal Design – Preliminary simulations to improve designs; final simulations to assure accordance to design requirements.

3) Re-Design for Cost-Reduction Purposes

4) Prototyping – From manufacturing support to final testing; Prototype results analysis and manufacturing files update.

5) Manufacturing Files - 2D and 3D associative files, BOM, Datasheets Pictures & Movies for an easy assembly procedure; Assembly and testing instructions; Parts and materials listings and manufacturing trees.

6) Standards Compliance – Design to meet different standards as needed for a variety of market Technologies. Preparation and accompaniment of qualification process.

Zivel is ISO 9001/2000 qualified by The Israel Standard Institute .

On day to day basis Zivel's Team implements in its design standards

such as: RFI/EMI, CE, SEMI, MIL–STD, FDA, ETSI, NEBS, Safety Standards and others.

7) Electronics and Machinery Packaging Project Management – From planning through procedures to full turnkey products, including electronic circuit development.
