Ashkenazi will replace Shlomi Baron, who served as the CEO of Baseon for the last four and a half years, and is now retiring from his management position in the Company to devote himself to industrial entrepreneurship.

Ashkenazi served in senior management positions in a number of companies including Tadiran Metals, Elbit, and Ordan Group.
