Chassis Fabrication and Computerized Machining

All of the Nepcon Group's chassis fabrication and design requirements are treated by Baseon Ltd.

Baseon manufactures a myriad of products and has the experience and capability to provide its services for turn key and partial turn key projects.

Moreover, there is a full quality assurance process implemented throughout the work process – from the initial design phase, to the final delivery phase, with strict adherence to ISO 9001-2000 standard.

Baseon's core capabilities include: in-house design and engineering services, prototype chassis and serial fabrication, welding & assembly, CNC Metalworking of up to 4 meters and 5-hinge milling machine capabilities, painting and testing.
